About me
My name is Paola Patteri. I was born in Rome, where I still live.
For many years I worked in the world of information technology.
My inner and spiritual journey led me to explore Transcendental Meditation, Reiki and Essene Therapies.
Over time I came to a simple yet profound certainty: what truly matters is recognising who we are.
From this awareness, and from the wish to bring order, harmony and ease, the Piccole Stelle Insieme project was born.
Order, because discovering and understanding our own emotions means making sense of them. Harmony, because it is in emotional balance that we can make choices with a calm mind. Ease, because I would like to offer practical help that lightens the load for others along the way.
