The idea is to create a place people can turn to — a source of support for children, families, and anyone who feels the need to better understand and welcome their emotions.
Because behind every emotion lies a need waiting to be heard, and helping to discover it — in a child or in an adult — is already a real way of being present.
It’s a balance that builds slowly, day after day: at school, in a friendship, on a team, and later on, at work and in every area of life.
Helping a child find this balance from an early age means giving them a gift that will stay with them forever: feeling heard, without ever ceasing to listen.
